Colombia, Peru lobby for vote on U.S. trade pacts

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Peru and Colombia lobbied on Monday for swift approval of coveted trade pacts with the United States, but faced the increasing likelihood lawmakers would not vote on the deals this year.
