It was at the 1998 world hockey championship in Zurich, Switzerland, that Canadian national team coach Andy Murray had a younger, less controversial Todd Bertuzzi on his roster.Bertuzzi was only 22 games into his Vancouver Canucks career, having arrived in a February trade with the New York Islanders. He was an emerging power forward, but still a work in progress.
