Signs of thaw? Aiyar backs ONGC chief, board changes delayed

In the first sign that the Petroleum Ministry may be backing off in its standoff with ONGC chief Subir Raha, Petroleum Minister Mani Shankar Aiyar said today that he wanted Raha to continue.
