Sony Ericsson, the world's 4th largest mobile phone company shipped 16.1 million phones in the last quarter of 2005, posting a record pre-tax profit of $250 million. Essential to this boost in its bottomline are the sales of its highly-rated Walkman branded headsets that feature camera and music functionalities. Via BBC
