Illegal immigrants using small percentage of healthcare dollars: Rand

LOS ANGELES - The amount of money spent by US federal and state governments towards the healthcare of illegal immigrants is pretty small compared to the overall spending, according to a Rand Corp. study released yesterday. The study appears in the November/December edition of the journal Health Affairs.
