Kingston reportedly to increase investment in China packaging subsidiary

Kingston Technology will invest about 240 million yuan in its Shenzhen subsidiary, Payton Technology, to boost monthly window ball-grid array (WBGA) capacity to 10 million units, according to media reports in China.
