In response to the SNSD's proposed referendum, Bosnian Prime Minister Adnan Terzic said the international community has been too passive in the face of Bosnian Serb threats, dpa reported on November 13. "Considering the reactions of the international community's officials to the obstructions from the Serb Republic, [it appears that] they can do whatever they want," Terzic told the Sarajevo daily "Dnevni avaz.
