Gay advertising? Stop. Christian Group to Ford
12th Jan 2006, 11:00 GMT
Ford is again in trouble center with its gay advertising policy. (see my earlier post on Gay commercial postponed, Ford all clean and Ford cant afford to ignore Gays and Lesbians). This time strengthening the stand of American Family Association dozens of Christian leaders demanding Ford Motor Company reverse its decision to continue publishing ads on gay publications. Ford Motor earlier made promises to 3 million members of the Group that it would think on it. By calling it a social agenda AFA Chairman said it is (the campaign) is aimed at the destruction of the family. As if promises are made to break. Ford is in a fix. One way it has falling revenue curves and on other side pro-gay tag. I am saying whether Ford is anti Gay or pro-gay, if you look it at on business perspective Ford needs to cut out a way from it.
