Donations to Rahr campaign raise questions

King County Sheriff Sue Rahr said her campaign wouldn't accept donations from her subordinates. Yet records show at least 24 sheriff's employees have donated to her campaign. And the way some did it raises questions about whether a state law may have been broken.
