(AP) - Chef Gordon Ramsay poses in London on Sept. 6, 2004. Ramsay was to debut his first U.S. restaurant Thursday night, Nov. 16, 2006, in New York, where the food critics were anxiously circling and diners had booked the place solid for two months.
