No Fiber Benefit Found for Colorectal Cancer

BOSTON - Dietary fiber doesn't reduce the risk of colorectal cancer. That's the conclusion of researchers here who analyzed data from 13 prospective cohort studies -- involving nearly three-quarters of a million people -- on the purported link between fiber and cancer.
