(Reuters) - Billionaire investor Warren Buffett is seen in lower Manhattan April 11, 2005. A federal judge on Friday ordered the IRS to pay billionaire Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. $23.1 million plus interest for not allowing the company to take some tax deductions. (Chip East/Reuters)
