ResCare Acquires AZ Residential Youth Program

ResCare, the nation's leading provider of residential, training, educational and support services for people with disabilities and special needs, announced that it's acquired the operations and certain assets of Phoenix, AZ-based Alternative Behavioral Counseling Services, which offers residential and therapeutic services to at-risk youth in the state.
