Eddie Bauer agrees to $286 million offer from private equity firms

REDMOND - Eddie Bauer Holdings Inc. announced today that it has agreed to a $286 million offer from Sun Capital Partners Inc. and Golden Gate Capital. The deal also includes the assumption of a debt of $328 million.
