Police union holds protest march to City Hall

SAN DIEGO, 3:46 p.m. Nov. 14 (SIGNONSANDIEGO): More than 100 members of San Diego's police union marched to City Hall Tuesday to protest what they contend is uncompetitive compensation, which they say is forcing officers to seek employment with other departments.
