Here's an interesting dilemma. A guy has half a sex change operation, so he dresses as a woman and still has a penis. In short, dude look like a lady. This person then commits a crime and has to go to prison. Does he go to man prison or a woman's prison. Well, that's what they are trying to figure out in Wilmington. I think he should stay in the men's prison. If he gets teased, so be it. It was his decision and he has to live with it. P.S. Why does everyone in the article refer to this person as a "her." Call me crazy, but penis equals man in my book.
