Charmin hits New York

Filed under: Funny, Outdoor Charmin is making it easier for folks in Manhattan to find a place to relieve themselves. The company has opened up twenty restrooms, complete with plenty of Charmin (natch) and even bathroom attendants to keep the restrooms clean. There's also a lounge and a giant stuffed bear like the bum-wiping bruins seen in the commercials. I can't imagine you'll ever see your natural functions treated with such fanfare ever again. As if the fancy bathroom isn't enough, Doris Roberts from Everybody Loves Raymond will perform the "first flush," and representatives will hand out fliers while dressed as toilets. Geez, and I felt bad for the guy standing outside Whole Foods dressed as a banana the other day.
