76 Tenn. neighborhoods among most at-risk from air pollution

(AP) -- Tennessee has 76 neighborhoods, many bordering one another and located in downtown areas, that rank among the most at-risk from industrial air pollution in the country, according to an Associated Press analysis of Environmental Protection Agency data. Kingsport, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Memphis, Athens, Clarksville and suburban Nashville all have some of these neighborhoods. ...12/13
