UN official meets Uganda rebels

RI-KWANGBA, Sudan -- The UN's top humanitarian official helicoptered to a jungle clearing yesterday to meet with a Ugandan rebel leader accused of war crimes, but was unable to secure immediate freedom for women and children held captive by the insurgent group.
