Taiwan plane's emergency landing in ROK leaves 21 injured

Twenty-one people on a Taiwanese airliner were injured when the plane was forced to make an emergency landing in the Republic of Korea (ROK) to avoid a possible collision with another aircraft on Thursday morning, according to news from Taipei.
