Kenya: The High Cost of High Culture in the Capital

A survey has just come out which says that women are not only grumpier than men in the morning but stay grumpy longer. I'll wager women were not the only grumpy ones last week when Britons woke to the news that their Parliamentarians last year claimed £122,677 (Sh16.7 million) each in expenses or allowances, equivalent to twice their salary.
