Lebanon benches boxer to avoid handshake with Israeli opponent

Lebanon withdrew an athlete from Turkey's International Boxing Championship Wednesday in order to avoid the athlete's having to shake his Israeli opponent's hand. Forty-two countries, nine of them Arab, are competing in the championship, which runs May 1-8.
