(AFP) - Cambodian HIV-positive patients spend their time on their beds in Preah Kosamak hospital in the capital city Phnom Penh. HIV prevalence is 1.9 percent of the population, down from a high of 3.3 in 1997. Cambodia still has Asia's highest prevalence rate, but there are less people becoming infected and fewer people dying largely due to the distribution of anti-retrovirals(AFP/Tang Chhin Sothy)
