Teaching Intelligent Design violates First Amendment, says Federal Judge

HARRISBURG, Pa - A federal judge John E. Jones III, of Pennsylvania has ruled that Intelligent Design is not a science and is merely a religion. Judge Jones also said that teaching ID to children in Dover's public schools as a science violated the First Amendment.
