Four years on, New York is still bickering about Ground Zero, and burying its dead

Ceremonies will be held in New York and across the United States today to mark the fourth anniversary of the 11 September 2001 attacks amid deepening controversy over the future redevelopment of Ground Zero, the site that was once home to the World Trade Center.
