(AP) - WAIT OVER: Pennsylvania's first slot-machine casino, Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs, opens at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Plains Township, near Wilkes-Barre. The $70 million casino features 1,100 machines, a bar and a food court with three restaurants.
