Ohio Legislators say Supreme Court has Gone Overboard with Eminent Domain

Some Ohio legislators say the U.S. Supreme Court has gone overboard in granting cities the eminent domain power to seize houses and storefronts for economic development and the lawmakers are now looking at two different plans to "get around" the most recent court ruling. Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen reports.
