Killen Ordered Back To Jail

A Mississippi judge sent Edgar Ray Killen back to jail after a deputy sheriff said he saw the supposedly wheelchair-bound Killen walking around. Killen is appealing his conviction in the 1964 slayings of three civil rights workers.
