Trial Begins For Former Troup Police Chief

Once, he was enforcing the law. Now, he's on the other side of it. The bench trial started this evening in the case of former Troup Police Chief Chester Kennedy. He's charged with four counts of tampering with evidence, for things like allegedly concealing a 30 pack of beer in a liquor violation case.
