New Orleans' traffic diverted to other ports

PORTS from Houston to Tampa Bay may see traffic increases as vessels unable to access Gulf Coast ports which are shut by Hurricane Katrina are diverted elsewhere, but distant ports would probably not see increased activity, shipping industry experts said.
