Car buyers warned of flood-damaged vehicles

Attorney General Greg Stumbo issued a buyer beware Tuesday to those in the market for a used car. Because of the large number of cars damaged by flooding during hurricanes Katrina and Rita, cars can appear in good shape, but have underlying electrical or mechanical problems from water damage.
