CLEVELAND, OH (MARKET WIRE) Argo-Tech Corporation announced today that it has commenced a consent solicitation with respect to its $250 million outstanding principal amount of 9 1/4% Senior Notes due 2011 to effect certain proposed amendments to the indenture governing the notes and to waive the requirement under the indenture that Argo-Tech make an offer to purchase the notes (pursuant to a change of control offer) following
