Smith Barney trio jumps to RBC in California

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- RBC Dain Rauscher Inc., a unit of Royal Bank of Canada (RY), has lured away a team of veteran brokers in California from Citigroup Inc.'s (C) Smith Barney brokerage unit, an RBC spokesman said.
