Extra Cash To Help Homeless Teens

Communities Secretary Ruth Kelly has pledged to end the use of bed and breakfast accommodation for homeless 16- and 17-year-olds.She has asked councils to set up centres that will provide guidance and support, as well as shelter, for youngsters kicked out by their parents.
