Kramer rejoins N.Y. Daily News as CEO

NEW YORK (AP) - Marc Z. Kramer has been appointed chief executive of the Daily News, the newspaper announced Thursday in the latest change at the top ranks of the New York tabloid. Kramer, 50, is moving from The New York Times, where he has served in various capacities since 1998, most recently as senior vice president of circulation.
