(Reuters) - Tourist walk in front of a tsunami warning tower at Patong beach in Phuket province, about 862 km (536 miles) south of Bangkok November 5, 2005.Thailand has revealed details of plans to subsidise flights and hotel rooms for those thousands of relatives of foreign tsunami victims wishing to attend anniversary memorials of the December 26 disaster. Holiday makers who were hospitalised as a result of tsunami injuries would also be invited to various planned memorial services, although they will not receive reimbursements for their international travel. Thailand's official death toll from the Indian Ocean disaster, which left more than 230,000 people dead or missing, stands at 5,395.
