Orem Midtown Village site making progress

The blocks-long hole in the ground along State Street in Orem is still there, but it's slowly being filled with the skeleton of the biggest private development in the city.Midtown Village is still a couple of years away from seeing the offices, retail openings and more than 200 condominiums filled with people, but the development at 320 S.
