Utilities surge on M&A talk; poker sites plunge

LONDON (MarketWatch) - Utilities M&A talk heated up in London on Tuesday, as Scottish Power surged anew after E.ON confirmed it's interested in making a bid, while Centrica also gained on hopes it might be the next to be taken out.
