Former HP board chair pleads not guilty

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Former Hewlett-Packard board chair Patricia Dunn pleaded not guilty Wednesday to criminal charges stemming from her role in HP's boardroom leak investigation. Dunn, who ordered the investigation, and four others who conducted it have been charged with four felony counts for using deception to obtain the personal phone records of board members, HP executives and nine reporters.
