Rock puts Montevallo apartment complex on the block

Rock Apartment Advisors Inc. has put its Montevallo apartment community, Falcon Manor II, on the market for $2.5 million. In its announcement, Rock notes that the property includes 10 acres of land already zoned for multi-family development located across the street from the apartment complex. It also points out that the property is in Shelby County, the fastest growing county in the state.
