Reuters - Ben Folds, Joe Jackson, Suzanne Vega, Laurie Anderson, Neil Sedaka, the Eels and former Destiny's Child vocalist Michelle Williams have signed on for a February 1 concert in tribute to singer/songwriter Joni Mitchell.
