Allied Irish Bank - Multi-dimensional Profitability Measurement

As an existing ALG Software customer, Allied Irish Bank (AIB) had implemented the Metify ABM solution in its central finance and leasing department. As part of its move to improve efficiency and enhance customer service, AIB decided that it wanted to go further and develop a greater insight into product and customer profitability and upgraded to ALG’s Web-based activity-based costing solution, Activity Analysis.
