Al Liwan Contracting has won a $62.6m deal to build The Lakeside Residence, a 35-storey residential tower in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers by Al Manal Development. The tower will have 226 one-bedroom and 132 two-bedroom apartments. [AMEInfo.com]
