Family Entertainment & Copyright Act of 2005 was passed more than a month ago. The studios lost some control over their content while receiving a bigger stick against piracy: >> Clearplay filterable DVDs deemed permissible under law >> Felony to record movies in the cinema Overheard at 34th & 7th: DVD bootlegger: Counterfeit?
