New defendants ask for protective order ″ Two companies have asked for a protective order from discovery because they have just recently been added to others named as defendants in lawsuits over the use of chicken litter. The lawsuits, filed by past and present Prairie Grove residents, claim adverse health effects from the use of chicken litter as fertilizer. (Northwest Arkansas Times)
