UN Chief Gets Damning Report Over Iraq

A damning report has condemned the UN for its controversial oil-for-food programme which was supposed to help the needy in Iraq.The report claims Saddam Hussein paid more than $1 million in a bribe to former UN Secretary General Boutros Boutros-Ghali but investigators found no evidence he ever got the money.
