Siniora reveals plans to attend Rice's New York conference

Prime Minister Fouad Siniora announced plans yesterday to travel to New York to attend a conference being organized by U.S. officials on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly to discuss possible assistance to Lebanon. Siniora, who was still awaiting the exact date of the conference, said the meeting was dedicated to presenting his government's reform plan.
