Delphi needs rescue framework by Oct. 17 (Reuters)

Reuters - Delphi Corp., the largest U.S. auto parts supplier, said on Tuesday it needed to negotiate a rescue deal with unions and General Motors Corp. in the next month or else file for bankruptcy.
