Ofcom says O2 optimistic on TV spectrum sale

LONDON (Reuters) - The UK telecoms and media regulator says mobile phone company O2 Plc is optimistic if it believes radio frequencies allowing live mobile phone TV services will be available in 2008 -- never mind earlier.
