With less than a week to go before the meeting of the United Nations nuclear watchdog, Iran and the international community are in the midst of the final countdown for diplomacy. The EU-3 has nearly exhausted its policy of offering Iran carrots, such as trade and other incentives, while the United States is publicly urging other nations, including China.
